Signs and Symptoms of Influenza

As most of you probably know, influenza is a contagious viral respiratory infection. Symptoms include:

  • Fever
  • Chills
  • Runny nose
  • Sore throat
  • Cough
  • Muscle aches
  • Fatigue
  • Decreased appetite

Typically, the condition will improve after two to three days of bed rest, although some symptoms may persist for about a week.

What many people do NOT know, however, is that death caused directly by the flu virus is very rare. The vast majority of so-called “flu deaths” are in fact due to bacterial pneumonia – a potential complication of the flu if your immune system is too weak.

Other complications can include ear- or sinus infections, dehydration, and worsening of chronic health conditions.

The elderly and people with other pre existing medical conditions such as asthma, diabetes, or heart disease, are at higher risk of developing pneumonia after a bout of the flu.

The Flu Vaccine Does Not Prevent the Flu, nor Protect Against the Vast Majority of Flu-Related Deaths

The conventional treatment for bacterial pneumonia is an antibiotic, not a viral flu drug, so to think that taking a flu vaccine will prevent death from pneumonia doesn’t really make sense.

“But the vaccine will prevent the flu, which will prevent the possibility of developing pneumonia,” some might say.

That sounds good in theory, but the statistics simply do not support this assertion.

Because study after study, and master studies that compile the results from several studies to get a more objective result, keep coming to the same conclusion: Flu vaccines DO NOT WORK, and in many cases do more harm than good.

In fact, one shocking statistic brought to light in this video is that BEFORE the CDC advocated vaccinating children under the age of five, the number of children dying from the flu was very low, and on the decline.

Then, in 2003, just after children aged five and under started getting vaccinated, the number of flu deaths SKYROCKETED. The death toll was enormous compared to the previous year, when the flu vaccine was not administered en masse to that age group!

How anyone can consider a strategy that yields a higher death toll to be a “success” is a mystery to me.

The Problem with Flu Death Statistics

However, as frightening as much of this may sound, it’s important to keep things in perspective. According to the statistics shown in the video above, more Americans die from asthma, and even malnutrition each year, than the flu.

Unfortunately, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) grossly distort the facts about flu deaths, making the flu virus seem far more dangerous than is warranted. On the CDC’s main flu page, they state that about 36,000 people die from the flu in the United States each year.

But if you search a little harder, you can find the actual number of people who died from the flu in 2005 (this is the most recent data that’s available) was 1,806. The remainder was caused by pneumonia. In 2004, there were just 1,100 actual flu deaths.

The statistics the CDC gives are skewed partly because they classify those dying from pneumonia as dying from the flu, which is inaccurate.

How is the Flu Vaccine Made?

This is another area that many people do not understand or take into consideration before getting a seasonal flu shot.

In January or February of each year, health authorities travel to Asia to determine which strains of the flu are currently active. Based on their findings in Asia, they assume that the same strains of viruses will spread to the U.S. by fall.

At this point, U.S. vaccine manufacturers start making that season’s flu vaccine, which will contain the strains found in Asia. However, if the viral strains circulating in the U.S. that season are not identical to those in Asia, the vaccine you receive is a complete dud.

And to add insult to injury, you’ve just been injected with a laundry list of harmful ingredients.

What’s in the Seasonal Flu Vaccine?

The flu strains selected are cultivated in chick embryos for several weeks before being inactivated with formaldehyde, which is a known cancer-causing agent. Then they’re preserved with thimerosal, which is 49 percent mercury by weight.

Even many health care professionals are confused about this and are not aware that the preservative thimerosal is mercury. As a quick side note, one of my chief writers told me that, “the doctor’s office told me the vaccine does not contain mercury, just something called thimerosal.”

Please, don’t be fooled by this incredible ignorance. If you have carefully studied this issue there is a great possibility you may know more than your physician about this topic. Don’t back down if they tell you something you otherwise know to be true.

According to the CDC, the majority of flu vaccines contain thimerosal. Some contain as much as 25 mcg of mercury per dose. This means that it may contain more than 250 times the Environmental Protection Agency’s safety limit for mercury.

By now, most people are well aware that children and fetuses are most at risk of damage from this neurotoxin, as their brains are still developing. Yet the CDC still recommends that children over 6 months, and pregnant women, receive the flu vaccine each year.

In addition to mercury, flu vaccines also contain other toxic or hazardous ingredients like:

  • Aluminum — a neurotoxin that has been linked to Alzheimer’s disease
  • Triton X-100 — a detergent
  • Phenol (carbolic acid)
  • Ethylene glycol (antifreeze)
  • Betapropiolactone – a disinfectant
  • Nonoxynol – used to kill or stop growth of STDs
  • Octoxinol 9 – a vaginal spermicide
  • Sodium phosphate

How Safe is the Flu Vaccine?

Serious reactions to the flu vaccine include, but are not limited to:

  • Life-threatening allergies to various ingredients
  • Guillain-Barre Syndrome (a severe paralytic disease that is fatal in about 1 in 20 cases)
  • Encephalitis (brain inflammation)
  • Neurological disorders
  • Thrombocytopenia (a serious blood disorder)

How Effective is the Flu Vaccine?

Remember that the potential effectiveness of a flu vaccine is dependent on the ASSUMPTION, made nearly a year in advance, that Asia’s viral strains will be the ones hitting the U.S. When they guess wrong, the vaccine is worthless from the very start.

But does that mean they withdraw the flu vaccine when they discover it contains the wrong strains? NO! They just keep giving it out anyway.

But even if they were to overcome that hurdle and actually select the correct strains, there’s still no evidence that it does anyone any good to get a flu vaccine.

Study after study comes back showing the same dismal results: the flu vaccines are not an effective method of prevention of the flu, and they do not save lives. As mentioned earlier, they may even be responsible for an increased death rate in some groups.

Sometimes determining efficacy is as easy as reading the information coming straight from the vaccine manufacturer.

How about this quote taken directly from the flu vaccine FLULAVAL’s package insert (which you likely never see when getting the flu shot) for the 2009-2010 formula:

” FLULAVAL is an influenza virus vaccine indicated for active immunization of adults 18 years of age and older against influenza disease caused by influenza virus subtypes A and type B contained in the vaccine. This indication is based on immune response elicited by FLULAVAL, and there have been no controlled trials demonstrating a decrease in influenza disease after vaccination with FLULAVAL.”

That’s right, NO controlled trials demonstrating ANY decrease in your risk of contracting the flu at all after vaccination! (It also states that each dose contains a total of 25 mcg of mercury.)

For those of you who are still unconvinced, know that there’s plenty of scientific evidence available to back up the recommendation to avoid flu vaccines. In addition to studies mentioned in the video, here are several other examples showing that flu vaccines do not work for any age group:

  • A study published in the October 2008 issue of the Archives of Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine found that vaccinating young children against the flu had no impact on flu-related hospitalizations or doctor visits during two recent flu seasons.

The researchers concluded that “significant influenza vaccine effectiveness could not be demonstrated for any season, age, or setting” examined.

  • A 2008 study published in the Lancet found that influenza vaccination was NOT associated with a reduced risk of pneumonia in older people.

This supports an earlier study, published in The New England Journal of Medicine.

  • Research published in the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine also confirms that there has been no decrease in deaths from influenza and pneumonia in the elderly, despite the fact that vaccination coverage among the elderly has increased from 15 percent in 1980 to 65 percent now.
  • In 2007, researchers with the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious

Diseases, and the National Institutes of Health published this conclusion in the Lancet Infectious Diseases: “We conclude that frailty selection bias and use of non-specific endpoints such as all-cause mortality,have led cohort studies to greatly exaggerate vaccine benefits.”

  • A large-scale, systematic review of 51 studies, published in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews in 2006, found no evidence that the flu vaccine is any more effective than a placebo in children. The studies involved 260,000 children, age 6 to 23 months.

Last but not least, I think it says a lot that 70 percent of doctors and nurses, and 62 percent of other health care workers do NOT get the yearly flu shot.

The reasons why they opted to not get vaccinated were:

  • They didn’t believe the vaccine would work
  • They believed their immune systems were strong enough to withstand exposure to the flu
  • They were concerned about side effects

Might Influenza be Little More Than a Symptom of Vitamin D Deficiency?

Vitamin D, “the sunshine vitamin,” may very well be one of the most beneficial vitamins there is for disease prevention. Unfortunately it’s also one of the vitamins that a vast majority of people across the world are deficient in due to lack of regular exposure to sunshine.

Published in the journal Epidemiology and Infection in 2006, the hypothesis presented by Dr. John Cannell and colleagues in the paper Epidemic Influenza and Vitamin D raises the possibility that influenza is a symptom of vitamin D deficiency.

The vitamin D formed when your skin is exposed to sunlight regulates the expression of more than 2,000 genes throughout your body, including ones that influence your immune system to attack and destroy bacteria and viruses. Hence, being overwhelmed by the “flu bug” could signal that your vitamin D levels are too low, allowing the flu virus to overtake your immune system.

At least five studies show an inverse association between lower respiratory tract infections and 25(OH)D levels. That is, the higher your vitamin D level, the lower your risk of contracting colds, flu, and other respiratory tract infections:

  1. A 2007 study suggests higher vitamin D status enhances your immunity to microbial infections. They found that subjects with vitamin D deficiency had significantly more days of absence from work due to respiratory infection than did control subjects.
  2. A 2009 study on vitamin D deficiency in newborns with acute lower respiratory infection (ALRI) confirmed a strong, positive correlation between newborns’ and mother’s vitamin D levels. Over 87 percent of all newborns and over 67 percent of all mothers had vitamin D levels lower than 20 ng/ml, which is a severe deficiency state.

Newborns with vitamin D deficiency appear to have an increased risk of developing ALRI, and since the child’s vitamin D level strongly correlates with its mother’s, the researchers recommend that all mothers’ optimize their vitamin D levels during pregnancy, especially in the winter months, to safeguard their baby’s health.

  1. A similar Indian study published in 2004 also reported that vitamin D deficiency in infants significantly raised their odds ratio for having severe ALRI.
  2. A 2009 analysis of the Third National Health andNutrition Examination Survey examined the association between vitamin D levelsand recent upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) in nearly 19,000 subjects over the age of 12.

    Recent URTI was reported by:

    • 17 percent of participants with vitamin D levels of 30ng/ml or higher
    • 20 percent of participants with vitamin D levels between 10-30 ng/ml.
    • 24 percent of participants with vitamin D levels below 10ng/ml

    The positive correlation between lower vitamin D levels and increased risk of URTI was even stronger in individuals with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

  3. Another 2009 report in the journal Pediatric Research stated that infants and children appear more susceptible to viral rather than bacterial infections when deficient in vitamin D. And that, based on the available evidence showing a strong connection between vitamin D, infections, and immune function in children, vitamin D supplementation may be a valuable therapy in pediatric medicine.

How to Prevent the Flu without Getting a Flu Shot

For most people the flu shot does not make you healthy; it does just the opposite and weakens your immune system.

If you follow a healthy lifestyle, you will not have to worry about getting the flu. Take it from me — I’ve never received a flu shot, and I haven’t missed a day of work due to illness in over 20 years. The key steps that I follow to stay flu-free, which I suggest you follow too, include:

“Where does it hurt?” This is often the first question caregivers ask. (A caregiver may be a doctor or nurse, a friend or mommy!) We ask because we care; people often – though not always – tell us where it hurts because they are searching for a solution to their pain.


Why we hurt
Pain is a messenger system designed to tell us that something is wrong. As my grandfather used to say, “If your hand hurts, take it off the hot stove!” Pain is often designed to trigger a “withdrawal” response. We withdraw from pain because the pain tells us that we are being injured. This interpretation of pain may seem overly simplistic, especially in our world, where it is not always easy to take your hand off the hot stove, so to speak.

There are a number of different pain sensations. The feeling may seem sharp (superficial pain receptors) or dull (deeper pain receptors). It may seem to throb with your heartbeat or be constant. It may be fixed in one location or migratory – moving around from place to place. The main distinction of pain basically boils down to acute pain versus chronic pain.

  • Acute pain begins to go away as soon as you remove the trigger. Take your hand off the hot stove, repair the broken tooth or drink pure water to rehydrate the dehydrated brain and acute pain goes away. The message of pain has been received, interpreted and the corrective action taken.
  • Chronic pain persists after the cause has been removed or because the cause is itself a chronic condition. It is often related to inflammation – inflammation in the tissues of your body, or inflammation in the nervous system, or both. We used to have a saying to help us define inflammation: rubor, tumor, calor and dolor. These four Latin words mean redness, swelling, heat and pain.

Your brain eventually interprets the signals in a way that motivates you to confront the cause of pain. Interestingly, the brain doesn’t feel pain; it merely interprets the nerve and chemical signals as painful.

Understanding the signals
It is important for us to understand why we hurt so that we can take the proper action. The four basic pain triggers are:

  1. Trauma or injury
  2. Toxins or poisons
  3. Emotional distress
  4. Deficiency

As mentioned above, an example of a deficiency that causes pain may be a water deficiency (dehydration) causing a headache. Another extremely common form of painful dehydration is osteoarthritis (OA). In OA the soft tissue of the joint capsule loses water and withers. This may be due to a number of causes, including simply not drinking enough water. More often, joint dehydration associated with OA occurs because there are not enough minerals to hold the water in its proper place and quantity. An example of toxins creating pain may be the way toxins from inside your intestines trigger rheumatoid arthritis and many other “autoimmune” disorders. Diet Affects Spiritual Growth
I Am Ix. Thank you for joining us this day for another inward adventure. Today we would like to share with you ways that you can develop your innate shamanistic talents. Each of you is born with the gift to be a seer. However, the fears and belief codes you develop along the way keep you from being the true shaman that you are.

For clarity, I will define the word shaman as “wise one.” Although all of you have the ability to communicate with animals and spirits in the unseen world, these talents must be practiced in order to become adept. Some come into the world with “the gift” already intact. You can be assured that in their past life or lives, they were Elders who had honed these gifts for many years.

How do you develop these innate talents? Foremost, through diligent observation of nature, both plant and animal and their symbiotic relationship to the world around them. Most of you walk through life with blinders on, only seeing a specific goal you have set before you. When you awaken in the morning, do you listen to the songs of the birds? Do you know the specific songs of the different species? As you drive your cars to work, do you notice the trees? When did you last spend time in nature, sitting and observing the interplay between the plants, animals and insects?

We encourage you to take time daily to observe nature in action. Take walks in your neighborhood, smell the blossoms, observe the ants as they build their homes in the sidewalk cracks. For those of you who live in the city, pay attention to the weeds. You can learn much from watching their growth in areas that seem impossible for anything to grow.

At the least, if you do not have easy access to natural habitats, we encourage you to grow plants in containers, preferably outdoors. Watch what happens as the plant matures, seeds and withers. Are insects attracted to your plant? Do they use the plant for nourishment or housing?

Have you considered growing edible foods indoors or in outdoor containers? If you have never eaten a plant that you have grown, you are missing a heart-warming experience; there is joy in receiving nourishment from a plant that you or someone else has lovingly attended.

When you attend to a plant, it will soak up the energies you put into it. If you are grouchy or tend to it grudgingly, those energies will be soaked up. We suggest you not ingest those plants. When you lovingly tend a plant, singing and talking to it and providing it with the nourishment it needs, it will reward you with benefits beyond belief. Did you know that a plant can “read” your energy signature and provide you with specific minerals and energy that you are lacking? There is much scientific evidence proving this.

Do you have space to grow the fruits and vegetables that you love? We encourage you to do so; growing only what you are able to attend to. For, as we spoke above, if it becomes a burden, you will negatively affect their growth.

A nurtured garden is a place of healing. Many who are dis-stressed or dis- eased have received wonderful blessings sitting in a peaceful garden. Consider creating a space in your garden where you can bare your feet and tune in with the energies while you stretch your bodies each morning.

There is much talk about fairies, gnomes, devas and the wee folks who live among the flowers and fauna. They each have different functions and can assist you on a multitude of levels. Every plant species has overseers to help them develop from one stage of metamorphosis to another. You have the ability to access these caretakers to find out what each of your plants need.

We encourage you to never use pesticides or herbicides in your gardens or lawns. These destroy the insects that are needed to keep balance in your area. A garden and lawn are not natural habitats. Go into a forest and meadow and watch how they grow. You do not see manicured lawns, perfectly flat spaces or species growing in beds. Nature knows how to grow in balance; that is its innate function.

Learn from nature when you enter unspoiled habitats where humans have not changed the natural landscape. You will see insects in profusion. You will notice a variety of plant species living in harmonious guilds. Taller plants shade those needing less sun. Leaves and vegetation remain on the ground to provide nourishment to the plants and insects. Fruit grows unattended, providing sustenance for the wildlife and insects.

Seeds naturally grow without fertilizer. If where they fall is not a place to nourish them, they will perish, be eaten then defecated in another spot by animals or blown elsewhere by the wind. You will see no lawn spreaders here.

If possible, make your backyard into a natural habitat. Welcome the animals and provide nourishment for them and yourselves. Your society has become too dependent on outside sources for your nourishment. The age of industrialization has created an imbalanced food chain for you and your pets. Is it any wonder that you are filled with dis-eases when you daily ingest toxins that poison your body?

Your bodies were designed to readily cure any dis-ease, including broken bones. However, many of the preservatives, coloring agents and toxins used in farming are foreign to the body. It simply does not know what to do with this overload of contaminants. Many water-soluble toxins flow through the body, yet still leave residues that enter your cells. Most toxins are not water- soluble and enter your bloodstream, flowing to places such as your liver and fat cells. When the body has a foreign object that it cannot use, it will either store it or expel it. Unfortunately, the vast majority of herbicides, pesticides and food additives are stored.

These toxins create havoc in your body, causing major problems such as cancers, attention disorders and chronic fatigue. Cellulite is an unnatural occurrence; these ripples are a sign of stored toxins in the fat cells. Observe healthy infants, their fat stores are for use in the high energy they expend each day. If they are breastfed by mothers who have a healthy, organic diet, they will be leaner and have smooth skin over their fat stores. The “cottage cheese” effect begins to show when the fat cells are storing substances the body cannot deal with.

Special weight loss diets focus on reducing calories by suggesting the use of diet products. Indeed, there may be fewer calories in these substances, but the amount of toxins can be staggering. There has been much research done on various sugar substitutes. So much so that these products should not be on the grocery shelves. They are not naturally processed and have the same overall effect as drinking arsenic tea.

Do careful research on these products. Know who is funding the research; are the researchers being funded by the corporations who will benefit or by those who are seeking the truth? There is so much confusion that many of you throw up your hands in despair. We offer simple solutions to discovering what is healthy for you.

Know that each body system is unique. What is healthy for one can be highly allergic to another. There are many reasons for this. The major difference has to do with cultural genetics. Caucasians are different from Africans. It is easy to see differences in the outer shell, isn’t it likely that the interior of these two races are different in their needs and ways they process foods?

In the beginning of human creation, your bodies were designed to eat the foods native to the place where your culture resided. With the advent of food transportation, each of you now has access to food that nature designed to be eaten by other cultures and which may create havoc in your body.

To make matters worse, chemicals have been added to preserve the life of these natural foods so they can handle the transporting process better. This includes the unnatural process of forced ripening, hybridization, genetic modification and grafting. The result is an unnatural product loaded with enough chemicals to kill insects, animals and humans. This is the unwary ingest on a daily basis.

There is so much intermingling of species throughout the world that it is currently impossible to return to the “Garden of Eden” in which each culture eats the foods grown naturally for their specific needs. However, there is much opportunity for improvement of your diet.

We highly suggest the return to growing your own fruits and vegetables. There is much evidence to support the health factors of growing locally and through organic methods. Include the co-creative talents of the devas and nature spirits and watch the magic unfold! For those of you too overwhelmed to begin a garden, check into local resources. There is a current trend toward community gardens in which private or public lands are set aside for those who do not have space to grow their own food. There is a return to weekly local farmer’s markets in which those who cannot or will not grow their own food can still have access to locally grown foods. If there is nothing in your area, start one. All it takes is connecting with others who also wish to improve their health.

As you go through your travels, pay attention to unattended groves, or neighbors who have an excess of fruit on their trees. Encourage them to share with local food banks or to set the fruit out with a sign to take what is needed. There are heart-warming stories of people who volunteer their time and energy to collect these foods and take them to homeless shelters, food banks or the elderly.

There is much waste in your society. The solution lies within each of you. Once you begin to fill your bodies with organic foods and skin care products, you will be amazed at the results. Not only will you lose unwanted pounds, your energy will vibrate at higher frequencies.

Everything in this world vibrates at a specific frequency. Take into account any one factor such as genetic modification, herbicides, pesticides, processing, microwave cooking, etc. and the natural frequency will be modified. The vast majority of food that most of you consume has no life force in it. In most cases, the frequency is altered; it is the same as ingesting poison. When your body is battered day after day with these low frequencies, it alters your innate ability to perceive through your psychic senses.

In order to increase your ability to “see” into other realms, you would have to resort to hallucinogenics. It is no wonder that drug addictions are on the rise. In many cases, your body yearns for a “high.” Your body contains survival instincts; as you continue to ingest foods that are toxic and have little to no life force, your body reacts by sending signals to ingest more because it is still seeking nutrients it needs to sustain life. This is why many of you on weight loss diets actually gain weight. We could continue more on the effects of food on your body, but will end this discussion for now.

What we want to bring to your attention is the effect of toxic food and substances on your ability to bring forth your innate shamanic skills. Your psychic and intuitive skills are massively distorted by the toxins you intake. It is difficult to increase your capacity to love and create when you are living on the edge of death. There is no energy left to expend after you have spent your day taking care of your basic needs. It is like trying to drive across the country on one gallon of gas that has been diluted with water.

Life is full of magic when you properly care for your body. As we go through the year, we will show you various ways you can improve your health and well-being. You have many obstacles to overcome, but all are manageable. Your society as a whole is sick, making it harder to change your belief systems. There is much work that each of you can and must do in order to create heaven on earth. It all begins with you, taking care of yourself. Educate your family; make better choices. Others will notice your vibrancy and zest for life and want to know your secrets. You will become a role model and in a position to encourage others to try new ways of eating and caring for themselves.

Most of you have no idea what it feels like to be healthy. Look around and notice people that are healthy, vibrant and energetic. Ask them what they eat, how they keep positive thoughts and what makes them feel energized. They are your teachers. Break old habits, create a new way of living and join those living life to the fullest.

In order to obtain full shamanic abilities, you must vibrate at a higher frequency. This can be done through diet, positive thinking and connection with spirit guides. As you enhance your ability to discern what is “good” for you, your ability to “know” what is good for others will increase.

Dare to imagine a world that John Lennon sang about. It can happen once each of you has taken responsibility for your own actions and choose what is healthy for you.

There is an old saying, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” We remind you that if that apple is genetically modified, sprayed with toxic substances, then processed in ways that kills all the nutrients, it will not “keep the doctor away!”

I am Ben, I welcome you this day in joining with myself and the energies of Tun 13. Together we bring you good tidings and wish to spend a little time en-couraging you to move forward in your evolution.
We understand that there is much fear on the surface of your planet at this time. We are here to assist you in removing any fears that you harbor within yourself so that you can see the “bigger picture” and be more able to handle the stresses that confront you each day.
We encourage you to turn off your TV and to tune your radio to channels with better harmonics. The programs you listen to in most cases do not portray the truth. The media is owned and operated by those who have their best interests in mind. Review the history of the beginnings of your media empire. William Randolph Hearst, the original U.S. media mogul proudly proclaimed that his beginnings in the media were to purposely usurp his foe.
It is common knowledge that the media is one-sided. How often do you read reports of UFO sightings, chemtrail poisonings, herbal cures for cancer and other dis-eases? How accurate are your weather reports? Even your obituaries have “rules” attached. So, why do you continue to subscribe to those who intentionally fill your mind with useless facts and inaccurate information?
We are happy to see more “underground” information sites becoming available to you. We applaud those of you getting true messages out through the use of print, radio, and internet websites and videos. At no other time in your history have you had the truth so readily at your fingertips.
Your time could be better spent researching and obtaining your news and weather reports from these sources. Have you any idea how much your weather patterns, including extreme storms is created by the complex interaction of your thought forms? You can control the weather when you work together as a group. Your government has discovered this long ago. Check out the work they are doing called HAARP. We like the title of the book called, “Angels don’t play this HAARP,” a good read for those wanting to learn more about these activities.
Your typical news media is designed to keep you ignorant of what is really happening in the world around you. The motivation is to control the masses. Yesterday we spoke of how your religious institutions were designed to control the masses. Today we wish to encourage you to research the news media and its sources so that you can discover the truth for yourself.
Research the history of your media moguls. How did they come into power? How accurate is their information? How much truth do they purposely hide? Why aren’t current paranormal experiences written about? Why do people like Kevin Trudeau have to fund their own works when it comes to directing people to natural cures? Why have so many people disappeared when they had new technologies that would dearly cost the petroleum companies to lose business? We speak directly of wind and solar power and those other devices that could save the earth from being raped of her natural resources. These “free” energy sources would also “free” each and every one of you by making your life more efficient and affordable.
In the past, it was easy to silence those bringing forth new technologies. Your mind would reel at the number of stolen patents and methods used to keep these energy devices out of the reach of the public. The history of these activities is being unveiled at this time through internet resources. The blessing of the internet is the allowance of the truth to surface. No longer can they continue to kill all the “whistleblowers” because of the sheer volume of information coming to light. There are a number of people feeling safe enough to disseminate the information that is helping each of you to regain your freedom.
In the past, hundreds have been incarcerated for bringing news of useful technologies to the public. Their patents have been purchased then “disappeared.” Their families have been endangered. The government that was set up to protect your rights, backs those in power. It is common knowledge that many of those who represent you in seats of authority have been “bought out” by the PAC groups.
Is it any wonder that the industrialized world is in such chaos? They do not have the common people’s interest at heart. Why should they? The “common people” are the ones who gave away their power by blindly laying down their weapons, including their rights, at the feet of those they elected to represent them. Your forefathers warned of the controls the government and your banking system would use to manipulate you. By allowing others to “represent” you, many of your powers have been usurped.
It is time for you to regain control of your life. You can do this by going within on a daily basis. Clear your mind of the worries of the day. Ask your guides to help you find ways to empower yourself. Work through the fears that allow you to give your freedom to others. Choose the life you wish to live for yourself. Rediscover what gives you joy and passion. Speak your mind. Know what it is you want. What is your truth? Speak it, with integrity. No matter what others around you do, remain true to your self and stand your ground when you see things around you that do not resonate with you.
It is only through standing in your truth that you will be able to change the world. It will not happen overnight; it has taken eons for your systems to become so skewed. However, by remaining in peace no matter what situation you find yourself in, you will be better armed to make decisions from the heart. No longer live in fear of what the future holds. You will never attain what you want as long as you are focused in the past or future.
Every dream you hold has the chance to blossom only in the present moment. Seek ways to maintain peace in every moment. Speak your truth in every moment. When your thoughts wander to the “poor me syndrome” of the past or the “what if syndrome” of the future, return to the present moment.
The key to happiness lies in living in the present moment with gratitude for all the blessings you have.. Each of you is able to live fully in joy at this time. We encourage you to hear our words; we are here to help you overcome all obstacles that keep you from living a joy filled life.

Pain caused by arthritis is simply excruciating. People suffering from this condition usually have difficulty performing basic tasks like driving, cleaning the house, and playing golf. The aches become even more unbearable during the cold months when even the most mundane things such as standing up, sitting down, and climbing up the stairs are very difficult to do.

The first thing that people who suffer from arthritis do to ease the pain brought about by this condition is to pop a painkiller like ibuprofen, naproxen, or aspirin. Although these medications, which are known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), provide temporarily relief from pain, they can actually cause more harm than good. According to an article released by the Science Daily in 2005, the mortality rate from NSAID complications is higher than that of serious diseases like cervical cancer and AIDS. If you want to learn about the dangers caused by NSAIDs, read on and learn.

Allergies

There are quite a number of people who develop allergic reactions to NSAIDs. Symptoms of allergy from NSAIDS range from minor such as nausea, rashes and vomiting; to major such as shortness of breath and other breathing problems. Moreover, people with asthma are more likely to develop allergies from these drugs. Thus, if you have asthma it is better to find alternative medications that can ease your arthritis pain.

Secondary Ulcers

Many studies have shown that frequent use of NSAIDs can cause secondary ulcers. In fact, a 2005 study published in the American Gastroenterological Association Journal showed that 71% of people who took NSAID medications for ninety days or more exhibited problems in their small intestines.

Unlike primary ulcer which is caused by bacteria called H. pylori, secondary ulcers are usually detected when there are already perforations or bleeding in the stomach or small intestine. Thus, more people with secondary ulcers require major surgeries than those suffering from primary ulcer.

Further Complications Of Arthritis

A lot of patients who use NSAIDs to help treat and ease pain from arthritis find it ironic that these drugs actually cause arthritis to become more severe. According to Dr. James Braly, an allergy specialist in Florida, NSAIDs can accelerate the deterioration of the joints. Thus, prolonged use of ibuprofen, naproxen, and other NSAIDs can turn your ordinary case of arthritis into a more complicated one.

Edema Or Water Retention

Although there are only a few cases of people who develop edema due to excessive use of NSAIDs, there is still a serious cause for alarm because such ailment can lead to heart and respiratory problems. Edema caused by excessive use of NSAID is more common in elderly patients because body organs, like the kidneys and heart, are not functioning at their peak anymore. Basically, edema is the swelling of some parts of the body which is usually caused by abnormal salt and fluid retention.

Liver and Renal Failure

Many people do not consider NSAID as drugs. Thus, they just take it without much consideration. Although the cases of liver and renal failure due to the prolonged and frequent use of NSAIDs are very few, the seriousness of this complication should be a real cause for concern. Experts believe that taking too much NSAIDs for several years could contribute to liver and kidney failure because of the way these drugs, particularly naproxen, affect urination and the overall metabolic system of the body.

If you are suffering from arthritis, there are a lot of other ways to manage the pain. Instead of being dependent on non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs to ease the discomforts caused by arthritis, you can choose alternative treatments such as acupuncture, yoga, and herbal medicine.


The first step to giving yourself a metabolic tune-up is locating and eliminating the causes of damage to the mitochondria:

    Eat less processed food, junk food, sugar, and empty calories. In fact, you should really avoid these things altogether.

    Detoxify by getting rid of environmental and internal toxins.

Proper detoxification is so essential for health that you need to start enhancing your body’s ability to detoxify today. Here is how to do it:

Heart Surgeon Admits Huge Mistake!

We physicians with all our training, knowledge and authority often acquire a rather large ego that tends to make it difficult to admit we are wrong. So, here it is.  I freely admit to being wrong..  As a heart surgeon with 25 years experience, having performed over 5,000 open-heart surgeries, today is my day to right the wrong with medical and scientific fact. I trained for many years with other prominent physicians labeled opinion makers. Bombarded with scientific literature, continually attending education seminars, we opinion makers insisted heart disease resulted from the simple fact of elevated blood cholesterol.

The only accepted therapy was prescribing medications to lower cholesterol and a diet that severely restricted fat intake.  The latter of course we insisted would lower cholesterol and heart disease.  Deviations from these recommendations were considered heresy and could quite possibly result inmalpractice.


It Is Not Working!
These recommendations are no longer scientifically or morally defensible.The discovery a few years ago that inflammation in the artery wall is thereal cause of heart disease is slowly leading to a paradigm shift in how heart disease and other chronic ailments will be treated. The long-established dietary recommendations have created epidemics of obesity and diabetes, the consequences of which dwarf any historical plague in terms of mortality, human suffering and dire economic consequences.Despite the fact that 25% of the population takes expensive statin medications and despite the fact we have reduced the fat content of our diets, more Americans will die this year of heart disease than ever before. Statistics from the American Heart Association show that 75 million Americans currently suffer from heart disease, 20 million have diabetes and 57 million have pre-diabetes. These disorders are affecting younger and younger people in greater numbers every year.

Simply stated, without inflammation being present in the body, there is noway that cholesterol would accumulate in the wall of the blood vessel andcause heart disease and strokes.  Without inflammation, cholesterol would move freely throughout the body as nature intended.  It is inflammation that causes cholesterol to become trapped. Inflammation is not complicated — it is quite simply your body’s natural defense to a foreign invader such as a bacteria, toxin or virus.  The cycle of inflammation is perfect in how it protects your body from these bacterial and viral invaders.  However, if we chronically expose the body to injury by toxins or foods the human body was never designed to process, a condition occurs called chronic inflammation. Chronic inflammation is just as harmful as acute inflammation is beneficial. What thoughtful person would willfully expose himself repeatedly to foods or other substances that are known to cause injury to the body?  Well, smokers perhaps, but at least they made that choice willfully.
The rest of us have simply followed the recommended mainstream diet that is low in fat and high in polyunsaturated fats and carbohydrates, not knowing we were causing repeated injury to our blood vessels.  This repeated injury creates chronic inflammation leading to heart disease, stroke, diabetes and obesity.  Let me repeat that. The injury and inflammation in our blood vessels is caused by the low fat diet that has been recommended for years by mainstream medicine.
What are the biggest culprits of chronic inflammation? Quite simply, they are the overload of simple, highly processed carbohydrates (sugar, flour and all the products made from them) and the excess consumption of omega-6 vegetable oils like soybean, corn and sunflower that are found in many processed foods.

Take a moment to visualize rubbing a stiff brush repeatedly over soft skin until it becomes quite red and nearly bleeding. Lets say you kept this upseveral times a day, every day for five years. If you could tolerate this painful brushing, you would have a bleeding, swollen infected area that became worse with each repeated injury. This is a good way to visualize the inflammatory process that could be going on in your body right now. Regardless of where the inflammatory process occurs, externally or internally, it is the same. I have peered inside thousands upon thousands of arteries. A diseased artery looks as if someone took a brush and scrubbed repeatedly against its wall. Several times a day, every day, the foods we eat create small injuries compounding into more injuries, causing the body to respond continuously and appropriately with inflammation.
While we savor the tantalizing taste of a sweet roll, our bodies respond alarmingly as if a foreign invader arrived declaring war. Foods loaded with sugars and simple carbohydrates, or processed with omega-6 oils for long shelf life have been the mainstay of the American diet for six decades. These foods have been slowly poisoning everyone.

How does eating a simple sweet roll create a cascade of inflammation to make you sick? Imagine spilling syrup on your keyboard and you have a visual of what occurs inside the cell. When we consume simple carbohydrates such as sugar, blood sugar rises rapidly. In response, your pancreas secretes insulin whose primary purpose is to drive sugar into each cell where it is
stored for energy. If the cell is full and does not need glucose, it is rejected to avoid extra sugar gumming up the works..When your full cells reject the extra glucose, blood sugar rises producing more insulin and the glucose converts to stored fat.
What does all this have to do with inflammation? Blood sugar is controlled in a very narrow range. Extra sugar molecules attach to a variety of proteins that in turn injure the blood vessel wall. This repeated injury to the blood vessel wall sets off inflammation. When you spike your blood sugar level several times a day, every day, it is exactly like taking sandpaper to the inside of your delicate blood vessels. While you may not be able to see it, rest assured it is there. I saw it in over 5,000 surgical patients spanning 25 years who all shared one common denominator

inflammation in their arteries.

s get back to the sweet roll. That innocent looking goody not only contains sugars, it is baked in one of many omega-6 oils such as soybean. Chips and fries are soaked in soybean oil; processed foods are manufactured with omega-6 oils for longer shelf life. While omega-6s are essential they are part of every cell membrane controlling what goes in and out of the cell they must be in the correct balance with omega-3s.

If the balance shifts by consuming excessive omega-6, the cell membraneproduces chemicals called cytokines that directly cause inflammation. Todays mainstream American diet has produced an extreme imbalance of these two fats. The ratio of imbalance ranges from 15:1 to as high as 30:1 in favor of omega-6. Thats a tremendous amount of cytokines causing inflammation. In todays food environment, a 3:1 ratio would be optimal and healthy.

To make matters worse, the excess weight you are carrying from eating these foods creates overloaded fat cells that pour out large quantities of pro-inflammatory chemicals that add to the injury caused by having high blood sugar. The process that began with a sweet roll turns into a vicious cycle over time that creates heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and finally, Alzheimers disease, as the inflammatory process continues unabated. There is no escaping the fact that the more we consume prepared and processed foods, the more we trip the inflammation switch little by little each day. The human body cannot process, nor was it designed to consume, foods packed with sugars and soaked in omega-6 oils. There is but one answer to quieting inflammation, and that is returning to foods closer to their natural state. To build muscle, eat more protein. Choose carbohydrates that are very complex such as colorful fruits and vegetables. Cut down on or eliminate inflammation-causing omega-6 fats like corn and soybean oil and the processed foods that are made from them. One tablespoon of corn oil contains 7,280 mg of omega-6; soybean contains6,940 mg. Instead, use olive oil or butter from grass-fed beef. Animal fats contain less than 20% omega-6 and are much less likely to
cause inflammation than the supposedly healthy oils labeled polyunsaturated. Forget the
science that has been drummed into your head for decades. The science that saturated fat alone causes heart disease is non-existent. The science that saturated fat raises blood cholesterol is also very weak. Since we now know that cholesterol is not the cause of heart disease, the concern about saturated fat is even more absurd today. The cholesterol theory led to the no-fat, low-fat recommendations that in turn created the very foods now causing an epidemic of inflammation.
Mainstream medicine made a terrible mistake when it advised people to avoid saturated fat in favor of foods high in omega-6 fats. We now have an epidemic of arterial inflammation leading to heart disease and other silent killers.

What you can do is choose whole foods your grandmother served and not those your mom turned to as grocery store aisles filled with manufactured foods. By eliminating inflammatory foods and adding essential nutrients from fresh unprocessed food, you will reverse years of damage in your arteries and throughout your body from consuming the typical American diet.

Are you still alive?

Maybe not willingly…but alive nonetheless?

All things considered, if you still have a pulse, give yourself a tremendous pat on the back because you just survived what I consider to be the mother load of all transitions.

For the first time ever on this journey, I actually had a passing thought that we might not make it home after all. It wasn’t a lasting thought, but it was a thought… and after all the hard work and the agonizing slow death of our past lives, I was SERIOUSLY in a bad way and needing answers.

Barely able to hang on a second longer, I had to call on the big guns to find out what… in God’s holy name… happened to us, and more importantly WHY?!… this is what I learned from Metatron:

Just prior to, during and following the longest solar eclipse of the 21st century, there was a massive energetic centrifuge of divine love that was built and held around many of the old patriarchal planetary structures that have been gradually dismantling.

Holy Heart Openings!

The sacred centrifuge that was being held in place by many of us over the last several days served to protect humanity and the earth from unnecessary catastrophe and strife while the solar eclipse built up the momentum necessary to blast open the male heart-center.

Apparently, and as I understand it, this centrifuge was created to filter the separation of the largely imbalanced plexus-centered masculine energies of sexual corruption, greed, anger, rage and power-over others, from the divinely balanced heart-centered masculine energies of grounded empowerment, organized structure, supportive co-creation and the leadership regulation necessary to balance the free-flowing energy of the divine feminine.

These two potent forces collided and merged through an absolute act of divine grace which will enable the balance of both male and female energies to run concordantly through the human body.

For those who participated in this extraordinary event, you may have experienced some of the physical & emotional discomfort associated with the solar plexus and heart clearings….

Mentally you may have noticed a need to use extra discipline in keeping your thoughts centered and clear.

Emotionally, this may have accounted for any volatile feelings of EXTREME irritability, rage, anger, anxiety, or sudden short fuses. At worst, you may have had to talk yourself off the ledge.

Physically this clearing manifested in many uncomfortable ways, however, the most unique to the solar plexus and heart openings seemed to come in the form of odd soreness in the abdomen muscles/solar plexus area (kind of like you did too many sit-ups or crunches), relentless heartburn/indigestion-turned-nausea, heart flutters/palpitations/skipped beats, middle/upper back pain…directly behind the heart, between the shoulder blades (kind of like you’ve been stabbed in the back but forgot to remove the knife). Also because the heart area (chakra) also governs the lungs & breasts you may have experienced bronchial clearings and/or unusual sensitivity/soreness/swelling in the breasts if your a female. (kind of like PMS on steroids)

The rapid cellular detoxification caused by these intense clearings can also surface on the skin in the form of rashes and/or itching especially on the torso. (kind of like eczema meets heat rash) A clearing of this magnitude can push physical toxins out of the body faster than our organs can process, so skin eruptions are common.

In addition to those specialty issues, there was also an assortment of the usual symptoms experienced from a major energetic shift/download: sinus congestion, sore throat, stiff neck, body aches, lower back pain/stiffness, lower intestinal clearings, sudden bouts of vertigo, seasonal allergy-like symptoms, deep fatigue, restlessness, insomnia/deep-sleeps, weird dreams, food cravings (protein), bloating, weight gain/loss, aching/stiff joints, etc.

This unbelievable task laid the foundation for balanced divine human creation and is enabling centuries of patriarchal imbalance and westernized dominance to take its rightful place in support of the divine feminine.

The Creepy Stillness

An eclipse always seems to stop time, energy, and movement… but this eclipse was beyond that and could definitely be felt during the 3 day energetic window (and still to some degree) around the July 22nd event. Some of us were being quarantined for protection, some souls departed, and even more souls landed in what I call the cosmic way station…not entirely here or there, but in a safe in-between place to choose. These are alternative reality structures apparently created as a fall back plan for those souls who couldn’t make the complete jump.

If you were one of the lucky few who were able to maintain an upright position through the transition, you may have noticed this “quarantined” stillness through apathy or disconnect while walking around in a daze and wondering what to do with yourself and life. This was also apparent in financial stagnation, blocked communication with others… even the wind seemed still.

But this period of stillness acted as a sacred severing of the past to enable us to freely move forward into the new and true. In retrospect, I now believe that the “radical alterations to earth’s holographic reality structures” that Metatron referred to in the last transmission was actually a reference to this whole transition…a kind of preemptive spirit-booster to carry us straight through hell.

What Next?

I am hearing that the upcoming lunar eclipse on the sixth of August will offer closure for past miscreations as well as to initiate our new beginnings based on the now-anchored foundation for the future of earth… meaning these new beginnings will not be based solely in individual desire, but in the shared desire of the highest good for all.

And ass-uming that this may have actually been the last battle for the experienced, yet weary warriors, it is apparently because of this maniacal eclipse sandwich that our roles can now finally be replaced by the next wave of awakening souls. In fact, all divine roles of wayshowers everywhere will be shifting in the month of August and the war decorations for the first infantry division will finally be the freedom of will and the expression of absolute soul integrity in form.

“Those well on the path to cocreating with the Source of Oneness will be catapulted into their rightful place and position to lead the next brigade into unity, however, those still steeped deeply in separation concsiousnes will be presented with the next level challenge of choosing through polar extremes.” -Metatron

I am also being told that there will be physical & financial clearings and miraculous healings coming in the next month… “Those who have major illnesses may be suddenly catapulted to a level of wellness, and those who have been using their bodies and lives as divining rods for the last several years will be brought to a state of balance and perfection.” -Metatron

Post lunar eclipse

Following the August eclipse I am being shown changes of great depth as each of us aligns with our true state of harmonic resonance. This resonant vibration will account for the many miracles and divine synchronicites that will fulfill the lives of all who valiantly participated in this noble venture and journey into oneness.

And keep in mind that although many soul groups (not all) have been responsible for much of the planetary grid clearing while connected to the 3d dimensional hologram since 2000/2001, this was just part of our J O B and once we are freed from these reality structures through completion of our soul contracts, we will no longer be fettered by these celestial events and astrological happenings. In other words, we will be residing in a vibration that is no longer “bound by the governance of earthly (karmic) law”…as Metatron put it.

So until we integrate the energies from the next lunar eclipse, be sure to take a much-needed rest to restore your biology and be super nurturing to your self (sleep when needed, drink lots of pure water, take walks in nature, soak your bones in sea salt baths, etc). Remember too that as the heart center adjusts to these new frequencies it will require extra care…it is important to refrain from straining the heart through vigorous exercise/stress/or any kind of overzealous activity at this time.

Very soon we will be able to exhale, retire, quit our spiritual J-O-B’s and LIVE as we had intended for so long. Our creativity, joy, passion and forward movement will return once again and we will be permanently and firmly anchored in our new and true home.
